Lara facilitated a day with 120 teachers at our campus. This was a challenging task because it was the first time teachers from the lower grades & higher grades had to work together so closely. Moreover it was the last day before Christmas holiday… nevertheless she succeeded to involve everyone and gather a lot of feedback for building the strategy for our campus. The reactions of our teachers were very positive and we got a lot of input to shape the future vision of our campus!
