Small is beautiful
A small engineering company contacted me because they wanted some recruitment support. Their first message was ‘we don’t have the means like the huge organisations to do fancy things to recruit engineers’. To them, it felt even a bit ‘unfair’. I proposed to focus on what made them specific, attractive instead of looking to the others. In 2 sessions we were able to uncover their Employee Value Proposition. Afterwards I supported the comms person to translate this into their communication channels. It worked – thoughtfull – pragmatic – borad hr experience
